Running offers numerous advantages, both physically and mentally. It improves cardiovascular health and can enhance mood while reducing stress. Running can also sharpen cognitive function, foster social interactions, and benefit discipline and goal-setting skills. Furthermore, running has been linked to better sleep patterns and long-term health habits. At Malvern we try to promote a joy of running in both our pupils, staff and the wider community.
