At Malvern Primary School, we are committed to supporting our families with their childcare needs. We understand the challenges parents and carers face during school holidays, and we are pleased to announce the expansion of our Holiday Club provision to assist you.
Our Holiday Club will be available during every school holiday, except Christmas. This includes the October, February, and May/June half-term breaks, as well as the Easter and Summer holidays. The provision is designed to provide dependable, full wrap-around childcare, giving families consistent support during these breaks.
The Holiday Club will run Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is open to children from Reception to Year 6 who attend Malvern. Places are limited to maintain a high-quality experience and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children will be provided with light snacks throughout the day, but they will need to bring their own packed lunch. The Holiday Club will be managed by familiar Malvern staff, ensuring a supportive and secure environment for your child.
To ensure the best care for your child, we kindly ask that all bookings for Holiday Club Provision be made in advance. Bookings can be made via Parent Pay, and places will be confirmed once payment has been received. Please note that once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued, as fees are used to cover staffing costs.
