Prescot’s Shakespeare North Playhouse celebrated its third birthday in July of 2025. To mark the occasion, the theatre has teamed up with BBC Radio Merseyside. On Monday 7th July 2025, Theo and Georgia (two of our Y6 Drama & Theatre Club children) and Malvern teachers visited BBC Radio Merseyside’s studios in Liverpool. Children and teachers were interviewed live on air by Tony Snell. Malvern has been a partner school with Shakespeare North since the theatre opened. Snelly asked the children questions about their acting and their visits to the theatre.
