Harriet Tubman

KIND

Through her bravery and determination, Harriet Tubman was kind to lots of people.  She was born in Maryland in the USA in 1820. A former slave known for her bravery and leadership as an abolitionist and conductor on the Underground Railroad, Tubman made 13 perilous trips to free 70 enslaved individuals and earned the nickname “Moses”.
