INTEGRITY

Henry Allingham lived a long life.  He was 113 years old when he died.  He was a member of the British Armed Forces during the First World War.  He demonstrated great ‘integrity’ throughout his life.  He was over 100 years of age before he talked about what he did during the First World War.
