Throughout the school year, we actively participate in multiple competitions organised by Lancashire County Cricket Club and Knowsley School’s Sports Partnership, with events hosted at Whitefield Cricket Club and Prescot Odyssey Cricket Club.
Collaborating with Lancashire County Cricket Club has been instrumental in improving the quality of cricket coaching at Malvern. Their expertise not only enhances our in-school cricket lessons but also extends to invaluable Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for our staff. This ensures that we can consistently deliver cricket to the highest standards.
Beyond the school environment, our close partnership with Whitefield Cricket Club, our local club, has proven to be pivotal. The creation of a youth development program, coupled with the implementation of All Stars and Dynamos Cricket, has created pathways for both boys and girls. This strategic partnership enables us to showcase our love of cricket at Malvern in a widespread and positive manner, contributing to the broader community’s enthusiasm for the sport.
