Children earn cubes by showing the qualities we value in our pupils. They keep their cubes in jars in their classrooms, watching them grow as they demonstrate positive actions and attitudes. At special times throughout each term, they get the chance to visit The Cube—our very own reward shop—where they can “spend” their cubes on exciting rewards of their choice.
